Before you find the perfect outfit, it helps to understand your body shape — not so you can “fix” anything, but so you can highlight your best features and feel confident in every outfit!


Here are the five most common body types:

PEAR SHAPE

You have wider hips than shoulders. 




 

✨ Style Tip: Draw attention upward with statement tops, wide necklines, or shoulder details.

APPLE SHAPE

🍎 *Apple Shape*  

You carry more weight around your midsection.  




✨ Style Tip: Go for flowy tops, V-necks, and dresses that emphasize the legs or neckline.

HOURGLASS SHAPE

Your bust and hips are almost equal, with a defined waist. 


 

✨ Style Tip: Fitted clothes that hug the waist work best. Wrap dresses and belts are your besties!

RECTANGLE SHAPE

Your shoulders, waist, and hips are similar in width.

INVERTED TRIANGLE SHAPE

You have broad shoulders and a narrower waist/hips.
